Evolution Sustainability Property was founded by VERI SHAQJA after seeing too many landlords caught in a cycle of void periods, late-night maintenance calls and unpredictable income.

The traditional rental model often leaves property owners carrying the risk while agents collect fees regardless of performance. Veri believed there was a fairer, more transparent way: a partnership where the landlord's income is protected, the guest experience is hotel-grade, and the day-to-day management is handled by specialists who truly care.

What began as a single property experiment has grown into a UK-wide operation.     My passion for Italian cuisine began right away, at the age of 18, when I started working as a cook. That is where I learned the fundamentals of cooking.

    I truly honed my skills only after I started working in Michelin-starred restaurants.

    I met people who changed my perspective; they instilled in me a strong work ethic and a drive for excellence, as well as the importance of rigor, cleanliness, and hospitality.

    …and respecting your guests to make them feel at home — that is where my concept of sustainability takes shape.

    In 2014, I competed in Master Chef Albania 2, reaching the semi-finals as the third qualifier. Watch the journey on YouTube →

    In February 2015, La Nuova Provincia di Asti covered my journey on MasterChef Albania, where I finished third among the finalists. The article traces my path from the hospitality school in Durazzo to working in kitchens across Vercelli and Asti. Read the article →

    In 2019, I moved to Manchester, where I worked as Head Chef at the Italian restaurant San Carlo.

    From 2022 to 2024, I continued my culinary journey by opening a fresh pasta workshop, supplying restaurants across Greater Manchester.
